Lukas Boll is currently studying sociology in Hannover and joined CELLS in early 2018 as a student assistant. In addition, since 2016, Lukas has also been employed by the Work Group for Methods of Empirical Social Research (Prof. Dr. Bühler) at Leibniz University Hannover and from 2017 to 2021 by the Criminological Research Institute of Lower Saxony. He obtained both qualitative and quantitative research experience in areas such as:

  • Cyber-attacks on companies
  • Prevention and help for substance- and non-substance-related addictive disorders
  • (Reciprocal) integration of refugees
  • Juveniles and their future in the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW)
  • Sexual discrimination/harassment and perceptions of equal opportunities in medical education
